Sales Performance & Market Analysis

– Analyze overall vehicle sales performance across Malaysia, including retail sales, wholesale performance, inventory aging, and market penetration.

– Monitor dealer network performance and identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, profitability, and operational effectiveness.

– Prepare regular sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and performance reviews for management.

Dealer Network Management

– Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key channel partners across Malaysia.

– Evaluate dealer operational performance, showroom standards, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

– Support dealer development, network expansion, and optimization initiatives.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Monitoring

– Monitor competitor activities including pricing strategy, product positioning, promotional campaigns, dealer expansion, and market share movements.

– Conduct regular benchmarking analysis and provide actionable market insights to support business strategy and pricing decisions.

– Track industry trends, customer preferences, and regulatory developments within the Malaysian automotive market.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

– Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with company business objectives.

– Lead sales target deployment and ensure achievement of retail volume, revenue, and market share targets.

– Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Operational Coordination

– Coordinate local sales operations including order management, vehicle allocation, logistics coordination, and inventory control.

– Ensure smooth communication between headquarters, local teams, and dealer networks.

Compliance & Localization

– Ensure all sales operations comply with Malaysian laws, regulations, and industry standards.

– Adapt corporate strategies and commercial policies to local market conditions and customer expectations.

Qualification:

– Malaysian citizen with strong understanding of the Malaysian automotive market and business environment.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related disciplines.

– Minimum 5 years of sales or dealer network management experience in the automotive industry.

– Strong knowledge of dealer operations, automotive retail business, and market analysis.

– Proven experience in sales planning, target management, and dealer performance improvement.

– Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

– Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin is an advantage.

– Willing to travel frequently within Malaysia.
