A globally established automotive organization is launching a new passenger vehicle brand in the Czech Republic and is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to play a key role in building the business from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to join a major international automotive group during its market-entry phase and help establish a dealer network, drive sales performance, and support the successful launch of a new automotive brand in the Czech market.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales performance across the dealer network and ensure achievement of regional targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners
• Support the development and expansion of the dealer network across the Czech Republic
• Monitor dealer performance and implement initiatives to improve results
• Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance management activities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure successful market execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
• Act as a key point of contact for dealer partners within the assigned region
• Support pricing, campaign, and incentive program execution
• Contribute to the long-term growth and market penetration strategy
Requirements
• 5+ years of automotive sales experience
• Experience managing dealer networks from an OEM, importer, or distributor environment
• Strong understanding of automotive retail operations and dealer performance management
• Experience working with sales targets, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, field-oriented approach with willingness to travel extensively
• Fluent Czech and strong English communication skills
