Role Description The Regional Sales Manager role at CarNow is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion within an assigned territory. This role manages the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to conducting product demonstrations, building proposals, and closing new business with automotive dealers. The Regional Sales Manager maintains and grows relationships with existing customers, ensuring adoption, expansion, and satisfaction with CarNow’s solutions. Day-to-day activities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, planning and executing territory strategies, tracking pipeline activities in a CRM, and collaborating with marketing, customer success, and product teams. The person in this role also represents CarNow at virtual and in-person industry events, gathers market feedback, and provides insights to help refine offerings and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in consultative selling, territory management, and account management within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience with lead generation, pipeline development, and opportunity forecasting using CRM and sales tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, including delivering remote and in-person product demos.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics, understand customer needs, and translate them into effective solutions and proposals.
- Comfort working remotely with disciplined time management, self-motivation, and the ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Background in the automotive or automotive technology industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
