Senior Sales Manager (MCU and Flash product) – Korea

Background

GigaDevice Korea is expanding its memory product business (NOR / NAND Flash, DRAM&MCU) in the Korea market. High-reliability applications — including automotive, industrial, precision equipment, and consumer electronics — are positioned as key growth areas. This role is a core position within a small, high-performing Korea team. The successful candidate will proactively engage in customer business, take clear ownership of accounts, and drive projects forward. While sales are mainly conducted through distributors, a strong account ownership mindset — not leaving execution entirely to channel partners — is essential.

Responsibilities

. Expand the MCU product business with Automotive customers in Korea

. Develop and grow accounts in high-reliability applications such as automotive, industrial, precision equipment, and consumer electronics

. Lead projects from design-in through mass production

. Work closely with distributors to create opportunities and manage the sales pipeline

. Coordinate forecasts, inventory, and pricing conditions at an operational level

. Drive overall account progress while collaborating with channel partners

. Act as a bridge between Korea customers and overseas teams (R&D, Business Units, and other global sites)

. Communicate Korea market quality requirements, customer expectations, and business practices internally

. Coordinate practical and constructive solutions to supply, quality, and pricing issues

Working Style (Key)

. Acts as an account owner regardless of sales channel

. Proactively engages with distributors and internal stakeholders

. Closely monitors project status and drives progress

. Able to organize issues and define next actions under changing conditions

Requirements

. 10+ years of experience in MCU (Automotive) sales, product management, or equivalent roles

. Solid knowledge of NOR / NAND Flash and/or DRAM products

. Experience with high-reliability application markets

. Strong hands-on skills in PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and reporting

. Business-level English

Preferred

. Experience at a MCU manufacturer or major distributor

. Sales experience and customer network in automotive, industrial FA, gaming, or consumer electronics markets

. Leadership or management experience in a small organization
