Position Overview

MAC Panel is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence in key high-reliability markets, with a primary focus on Aerospace & Defense. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth across a defined region.

Secondary market focus includes automotive/industrial and medical/semiconductor, with additional opportunities in emerging industries utilizing mass interconnect solutions.

This is a remote position requiring up to 50% travel to support customer engagement, onsite meetings, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration within the Aerospace & Defense sector (primary focus)
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across assigned territory
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts
  • Expand sales efforts into automotive/industrial and medical/semiconductor markets
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in additional industries that can benefit from mass interconnect solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates
  • Represent MAC Panel at trade shows, conferences, and customer sites
  • Provide market feedback to support product development and positioning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in:
  • Aerospace & Defense (strongly preferred)
  • Test systems, connectivity, or interconnect solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of engineering-driven sales environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with mass interconnect systems, automated test equipment (ATE), or electronic test environments
  • Experience working with OEMs, integrators, or defense contractors
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as medical or semiconductor manufacturing
