We are seeking a Regional Key Account Manager (RKAM) to manage and grow strategic Automotive accounts across the Asia Pacific region.
This role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, driving business growth, coordinating regional operations, and identifying new opportunities across multiple logistics products. The successful candidate will serve as the key interface between the customer and internal stakeholders across countries, products, and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic Automotive customer accounts across the APAC region.
- Drive revenue growth and support account development plans.
- Build strong relationships with customer decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate regional activities across multiple countries and business units.
- Identify business opportunities and lead commercial discussions.
- Monitor service performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and account governance activities.
- Work closely with Operations, Product, Finance, and Business Development teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Act as the primary escalation point for regional customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Key Account Management, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management experience within logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong multi-product logistics experience across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics, and/or Ground & Rail.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to grow and manage strategic customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing regional or multinational accounts is preferred.
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
- Mandarin language skills are a strong plus.
