We are seeking a Corporate & Fleet Regional Manager to lead fleet operations and corporate sales across Southern Europe for a famous automotive brand. This role requires a strong background in fleet management, B2B automotive sales, and corporate account development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate fleet activities with local teams and international leasing companies.
- Deploy electrification support and solutions to corporate clients based on regional needs.
- Align sales policies with EU IPP plans and drive sales team performance to achieve regional targets.
- Develop and manage key accounts, including leasing companies, rental fleets, corporate clients, and public sector customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and framework agreements with key accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, aftersales, finance, logistics) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide consolidated regional reports and contribute to implementing Chery Group’s strategy in the region.
- Support customer engagement initiatives such as vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and corporate events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, fleet management, or key account management, preferably in automotive industry.
- Strong experience with leasing companies, corporate fleets, or B2B automotive sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; other EU languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel frequently across the region.
