Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in supporting the company’s operational efficiency and cost management objectives through effective fleet maintenance management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a multi-site environment.
- Proficiency with fleet management software and maintenance tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Fleet Management (e.g., Certified Automotive Fleet Manager – CAFM).
- Experience managing maintenance for a large and diverse fleet including heavy-duty vehicles.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management related to fleet operations.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:
