We are expanding our Regional Engineering Leadership Team to support the transformation of our manufacturing facility located in Siva, Turkiye as it tranforms to become a global Centre of Manufacturing Excellence (CoE).
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Regional Manager — Manufacturing Engineering
- Focus; Methods, Industrialization & Automation
- Mission; Design and deploy the “Master Manufacturing Process.” Own the physical realization of HMLV wire harnesses—from workstation ergonomics to smart automation—setting the benchmark for agility, scalability, and global transferability.
Regional Manager — NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Mission; Serve as the regional launchpad for all new programs and the primary engine for Project Transfers. Leverage our Sivas CoE resources to "de-risk" projects, delivering “Ready-to-Run” packages to local or global production lines.
Regional Manager — Product & Launch Engineering
- Mission; Safeguard the technical integrity and configuration control of the high-mix product portfolio. Serve as the guardian of the Sivas CoE’s master technical data, ensuring all global facilities operate from synchronized, up-to-date documentation.
Regional Manager — Quality Assurance & NPI Quality
- Mission; Position Sivas as the regional benchmark for Zero-Defect manufacturing. Serve as the "Gatekeeper" for both New Product Introductions and Project Transfers, ensuring every program meets rigorous quality milestones before moving between sites.
These leadership roles will drive engineering excellence, support global project transfers, and establish standardized processes across the regional footprint.
About the Roles:
As part of the Regional Engineering Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in scaling operations, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring high-quality product launches across multiple sites. You will collaborate closely with global engineering teams and contribute to building a robust and scalable engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineering & Industrialization
- Lead industrialization and manufacturing process development
- Implement APQP methodology for new product launches
- Develop standardized work instructions and SOPs
- Drive manufacturing efficiency and process optimization
Project Transfer & NPI
- Manage project transfers between global manufacturing locations
- Support pilot runs and ramp-up activities
- Ensure technical readiness for production
Quality & Technical Excellence
- Implement quality standards aligned with IATF 16949
- Support validation, testing, and failure analysis
- Drive zero-defect culture and continuous improvement
Operational Excellence
- Improve OEE, productivity, and cycle time performance
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Collaborate with global stakeholders
- Support organizational capability development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, NPI, quality, or product engineering
- Automotive or wire harness experience preferred
- Experience in Tier 1 automotive environment is a plus
- Experience in high-mix, low-volume production preferred
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Industrialization and manufacturing process development
- Project management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in fast-growing and dynamic environment
- Fluent English and Turkish required
