Job Summary
The Regional Aftersales Manager is responsible for leading aftersales operations across the assigned region to ensure high service quality, strong dealer performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth. This role manages service, spare parts, warranty, and dealer network performance while implementing regional strategies aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional aftersales strategies to achieve service, parts, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitor and improve dealer aftersales performance including workshop operations, productivity, and service quality.
- Manage regional spare parts availability and inventory performance with dealers.
- Oversee warranty operations, claims management, and policy compliance.
- Analyze customer feedback, CSI, and service KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct dealer visits, audits, coaching, and performance reviews regularly.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, training, and headquarters teams on regional initiatives.
- Prepare regional business reports, action plans, and recommendations for senior management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Automotive, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in aftersales operations, dealer management, or service network roles.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading multi-site or regional operations.
- Strong understanding of workshop operations, spare parts, warranty, and customer service processes.
- Experience in dealer network development and performance management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel frequently within assigned region.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
