Job Overview

The Geely Regional Aftersales Field Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving after-sales activities within a designated region. This role involves developing and implementing after-sales strategies to achieve market goals, managing a group of dealers, and fostering strong relationships with key after-sales roles within the dealer to ensure sustained business growth. This role involves working closely with dealer’s staff to understand customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction with Geely products and services.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding dealers, to ensure operational go-live of new dealers.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to review service operations and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor key after-sales KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction (CSI), warranty performance, and service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coach dealer after-sales teams on Geely standards, service processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Support dealers to resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all aftersales activities.
  • Provide regular performance updates and action plans to management.

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Organization Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience with a minimum of 5 years of aftersales experience.
  • Experience working with dealer networks is preferred, with at least 2 years in a similar role and/or customer service is highly valued.

  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office package.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent English and Germany
  • Frequent travel required
