Collaborating closely with Service Advisors, your role is essential in enhancing the workflow and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on vehicles
• Conduct inspections and document repair orders accurately
• Diagnose complex issues using OEM-approved tools
• Complete warranty repairs following OEM standards
• Road test vehicles to validate repairs
Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal Certification for Automotive Service Technician
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
• Familiarity with OEM repair systems preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
