About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of technical and non-technical positions. Your primary focus will be to partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective talent acquisition strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and support the scaling of our teams with top-tier talent. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of two days onsite per week, providing flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruiting for cleared roles within the federal landscape, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solutions-oriented approach to sourcing and hiring.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including experience with cleared roles (Secret, TS, TS/SCI)
  • Proven ability to recruit for federal, DoD, Intelligence Community, or civilian agency positions, with a solid understanding of compliance standards
  • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, events, and referrals
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of federal hiring landscapes and security clearance processes
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance across multiple functions and levels
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Boolean searches, industry events, and referrals
  • Manage candidate pipelines with an emphasis on speed, quality, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Drive offer negotiations and collaborate with HR and compensation teams to structure competitive offers
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance hiring outcomes
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruiting programs, and process improvements to attract top talent
