Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, offering flexibility to work partially from home. As a Reception Supervisor/Administrative Coordinator/Front Desk Lead, you will oversee front desk operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and provide administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities include managing reception duties, supervising front desk staff, training team members, and ensuring efficient communication across the organization. You will also help maintain a professional and welcoming environment, supporting the daily operations of Curious Insights.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and staff coordination
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective interaction
  • Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties, such as scheduling, phone handling, and front desk operations
  • Experience in Training staff to uphold professional standards and enhance operational efficiency
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools to manage administrative tasks
  • Prior experience in an administrative or supervisory role, preferably within a healthcare or wellness setting, is a plus
