We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service team. In this role, you will perform light maintenance and repairs on vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services
- Inspect and replace filters, wiper blades, batteries, and other light service items
- Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings
- Ensure vehicles are kept clean and work areas are maintained
- Communicate effectively with service advisors about vehicle condition and any recommended services
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Use diagnostic tools and basic vehicle service equipment properly
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic automotive knowledge or previous technician experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn and complete manufacturer training programs
