Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Reporting to: Quality & Compliance Manager
Purpose of Role: Lead and motivate teams to comply daily with all imposed procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the Quality Control team, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational requirements;
- Provide training, guidance, and support to QC inspectors and operational teams regarding quality standards, defect identification, and best practices;
- Monitor product quality, claims, and quality trends, supporting investigations and corrective actions when required;
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, market requirements, and internal standards;
- Support product assessment activities, including acceptance, repacking, rework, or rejection decisions;
- Coordinate quality inspections throughout all operational stages, including picking, intake, packing, storage, and dispatch;
- Maintain communication with customers and associated growers/producers regarding product quality, specifications, and improvement opportunities.
Skills & Experiences:
- Previous experience (preferential);
- Previous experience in team management;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Ability to work in multicultural teams.
