Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the advanced quality planning of new products, the PSO (Engineering Change) review of new products, new projects and suppliers, and the submission of PPAP documents to ensure that the product process is under control, responsible for audit of customer side;
- Responsible for the daily product quality management of the production line and preventive quality control work, promptly handling the process problems related to product quality and handling non-conforming products, accomplished the lesson learned task regarding the quality problem, responsible for organizing suspicious product reviews ensuring the quality of products and services, and meeting or exceeding customer needs;
- Dealing with customer complaints in a timely manner, ensuring to give customer feedback within 24 hours, and maintaining good communication with customers;
- Track the supplier's product development process, control the supplier's supply quality, and ensure that their products are continuously stable and meet requirements;
- Develop inspection and control documents for product quality (GP12, inspetion instruction and other quality document), and conduct job training and assessment for relevant personnel;
- Collect and summarize quality data, archiving quality files, report according to the determined cycle and formulate improvement plans, ;
- Responsible for the establishment and implementation of process statistics and analysis, and continuously improve the quality of raw materials and products, and assesement of quality cost and improvement;
- Assist in the implementation of quality system and process review and follow-up improvement measures, actively use various quality improvement tools and promote them to promote quality control improvements;
- Assist in technical document verification (PFMEA/CP/Process Flowchart/WI)
- Responsible for interpreting performance testing standards, evaluating test reports, organizing test analysis, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Working ability needs to meet the specific requirements of the client, such as: mastering the five quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA/CP); familiar with the IATF16949 quality system standard; familiar with related products and processes; understanding the process methods and having risk-based thinking;
- Undertake the management responsibility of the company's related IOS documents and the requirements of the IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14000 standards, and ensure the effective operation of the IOS file, and continuously improve the relevant procedures and applications in the IOS file within the department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above；major in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Welding Technology.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing proficiency; proficiency in Serbian is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a preference for over 5 years; practical work experience in quality management or production process management.
- Understanding of the production process of automotive chassis parts, with experience in chassis modules or structural components; familiar with welding-related professional knowledge and standards, proficient in welding processes (gas shielded welding, spot welding, arc welding, and other forms of welding techniques).
- Familiar with the new project development process and quality management requirements of OEMs such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, with experience in BMW chassis or component supplier work.
- Familiar with blueprints, with a certain understanding of the production process of chassis parts (such as assembly, welding) and product characteristics.
- Proficient in automotive industry tools such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), CP (Control Plan), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and capable of independently planning MSA calculations and analysis for improvement.
- Familiar with VDA6.3, IATF16949, and other quality-related knowledge, understanding of BMW GS90018 quality system requirements, with the ability to conduct independent process audits.
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills and experience in assembly and welding, proficient in PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), 8D, 5 Whys, and QC 7 Tools for quality issue resolution.
- Proficient in the use of computer application software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT.
- Excellent self-learning and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong stress resistance, logical thinking, agile analysis, and a good sense of service, strong technical communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
- Experience and ability in communicating with customers to discuss issues.
- Ability to work independently and organize coordination, with certain analytical and judgment skills, strong comprehension and execution abilities, strong language and written expression skills, capable of independently analyzing and handling general quality issues.
- Able to train inspectors, complete product inspection work, and guide the overall inspection work of the factory.
