About the Job:
The Quality Controller is responsible for carrying out the examination, inspection, and control, and ensuring that all repairs are performed with a high level of accuracy and professionalism by an expert, and ensuring that all the tasks are up to the standards and quality policies adopted in Toyota Lexus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops the quality standards in the implementation of all maintenance operations.
- Work on the development of safety regulations, monitor the implementation of the safety, encourage safe working practices, and clarify the risks and how to manage them.
- Carries out testing, inspection, and makes sure that all maintenance tasks have been performed according to the schedule, which is subject to the task process.
- Follows up on all issues related to low-quality maintenance operations and the extent of deviation of technicians from the required quality levels and informs the direct superior.
- Ensures that all employees are trained in quality management to perform their jobs effectively, to ensure an effective process in terms of effective and integrated cost.
- Prepares technical reports on the results of the examinations, control processes, and inspection of maintenance and repair operations.
- Performs any related task as requested by the direct supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Toyota Pro Technician Certification (mandatory minimum requirement).
- Additional Toyota Master Technician / Diagnostic certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of automotive service/maintenance experience, preferably within Toyota dealerships.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, quality inspection, and technical troubleshooting.
- Languages: Professional fluency in the English language (for technical manuals and Toyota reporting systems). Arabic & Kurdish Languages are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles, systems, and service standards.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driving license.
