Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), QA Laboratory, Calibration, and Product Development Quality Assurance (PDQA) functions.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, and related documentation.
- Plan and coordinate internal quality audits, customer audits, and third-party certification, pre-assessment, and surveillance audits.
- Ensure timely implementation and closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Maintain and control quality documentation, approved vendor lists, and quality records.
- Oversee calibration activities, approve calibration work instructions, and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Manage QA Laboratory operations, including testing plans, testing frequency, laboratory facilities, and equipment performance.
- Monitor customer quality performance and drive initiatives to reduce customer PPM.
- Conduct Quality System training and promote company-wide compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate Management Review, Business Plan Review, and quality performance reporting.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and 5S activities.
- Manage, coach, and develop the QA Lab, Quality System, Calibration, and PDQA teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management within the automotive, press manufacturing, or plastic injection molding industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Internal Quality Auditing.
- Proven experience managing quality systems, laboratory operations, calibration processes, and customer quality requirements.
- Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team development capabilities.
- Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
Location: Vĩnh Phúc
Salary: Up to 50,000,000 VND/month
