Ford Business Solutions Romania is looking for a
Purchasing Agent with Spanish to join our Ford Credit Team in our Bucharest office.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
Control and verify system data input by the dealers and the supporting image documents to meet the underwriting requirements and the established procedures.
Purchase the contracts previously reviewed.
Manage and introduction of special proposals (including contracts rewrite, or change of ownership).
Special assignments management on specific activities relating to department business.
Responsible for daily job organization on the purchasing and imaging systems.
Highlight system issues, delays, absences, operating difficulties, and any useful info in order to run service.
Performs PEP / Sanctions checks.
Manage relationship with sales team and with the dealers.
Support Credit Lines proposals updates on the Company systems.
Complete any other activity requested by supervisor.
Are we looking for you? Yes, if you have:
Fluency in spoken and written Spanish language – Candidate should be able to hold seamless conversations in Spanish over phone and chat with dealers, customers, third party collection agencies and other external parties.
Working knowledge of English language – Candidate should be able to understand conversations in English as part of training modules, and also read emails/documents written in English. Basic fluency in language will suffice.
Previous experience of 1-2 years in role in the field of dealer services, or customer service area with banking or non-banking financial firms is preferred.
