Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Provincial Heads (Abra, Benguet, Kalinga, Ifugao, Apayao, Mt. Province) based in Cordillera, offering the option for partial work-from-home flexibility. The Provincial Head will oversee all regional operations, drive business development, and ensure compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include managing provincial-level staff, strategizing for market expansion, overseeing budgets, and reporting regional performance. Additional responsibilities involve fostering partnerships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills to lead teams, oversee operations, and implement business strategies
- Business development and relationship management skills to expand market presence and foster client and partner relationships
- Financial acumen, including budget management and performance analytics
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle provincial operations and mitigate challenges
- Proficiency in understanding regional, cultural, and market-specific nuances
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of transportation or automotive industries is highly desirable
A local of Cordillera Administrative Region is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
