该职位来源于猎聘 1 Technical Tasks: -Responsibility for the coordination and implementation of predevelopment/technology projects, characterized by the objectives and framework conditions specified in the project assignment.
- Responsible for creating the project planning over several years until project end.
- Responsible for the professional management of team members in the context of the project.
- Request resources for the relevant disciplines, establish the initial planning based on the project assignment and maintain the resource planning over the course of the project.
- Cost responsibility for the assigned project, including optimization of allocated budget and resources.
- Internal and external representation of the assigned project.
- Establish a cost awareness within the project team and push cost-saving measures.
- Participation in the preparation of funding applications for thematically relevant projects.
- Support in the processing of approved, funded research projects in which the assigned project acts as a contributor.
- Delivery of the prerequisites for serial product development and the generation of sustainable business value for ZKW Identification and communication of risks associated with the technology or product 2 Functional Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree, preferably towards physics or equivalent (mechanical engineering, electronics)
- Good general technical understanding
- Good basic knowledge in optic, electronic, project management and general automotive industry
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive and automotive supplier industry – desirable -Methodological knowledge
