An established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across the retail, automotive, restaurant, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate has experience managing $2M-$5M commercial construction projects, is proficient with Procore, and can lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while building strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout.
- Obtain permits and ensure compliance with all local building requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules utilizing Procore and Microsoft Project.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and overall financial performance.
- Coordinate procurement of subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Lead project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
- Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve project issues.
- Ensure quality standards are achieved through regular site visits and inspections.
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders.
- Promote safe jobsite operations and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Travel periodically to project sites throughout the United States.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $2M-$5M.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes from preconstruction through closeout.
- Procore experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Project scheduling preferred.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but equivalent construction experience will be considered.
