Job Description
- Supports the Project Manager in organizational tasks during the whole project
- Sets-up project handbook
- Sets-up project environment at project start
- Reviews project plan (start / close date, invoice plan, …)
- Processes chargeable expenses
- Ensures database quality in terms of invoices, cost monitoring
- Supports the Project Manager in monitoring & tracking project data/budget/quality
- Organizes & coordinates travel, takes care of cost reimbursement
- Handles intercompany purchase orders
Profile Description
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness and motivation to use different software tools such as SAP, Sharepoint
