Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in San Antonio, TX. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, manage production schedules, and ensure adherence to production plans. The role involves supervising team members, maintaining a safe working environment, communicating effectively with team members, and monitoring overall production efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and performance management
- Required to rotate every 2 weeks.
- Proficiency in Communication to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Production Management processes and principles
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Located in San Antonio is preferred
- Eligible to work in US.
- Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment is a plus
