Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Denpasar. The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities to ensure output meets quality, safety, and delivery targets. Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring production schedules, coordinating resources, and guiding production teams to achieve efficient workflows. The role involves supervising staff performance, resolving operational issues, maintaining accurate production records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The Production Supervisor collaborates with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize processes, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Candidates should possess experience in production management and production planning to coordinate workflows and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess the ability to manage and control production schedules to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with knowledge of safety standards and quality practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Badung and manage shift-based operations if required.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
