You will lead technician circles, support daily motivation, and enhance collaboration with Service Management to keep training programs up to date. Strong relationships with manufacturers and constant skill development will be vital to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-the-job training to technicians
• Lead daily motivation sessions and address concerns
• Maintain current technical knowledge and relationships
• Collaborate on manufacturer certification programs
• Supervise technicians and document repair details
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of workshop experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and Ontario Automotive Technician License
• Ozone Depletion Prevention Card required
• Proven supervisory experience in an automotive setting
• Strong commitment to process improvement initiatives
