Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, machines, and other available resources to achieve production and business objectives.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with operational targets.
- Evaluate plant capacity based on available resources and production requirements.
- Coordinate material movement from inventory to T-1 area as per production schedule.
- Conduct production gap analysis and implement improvement initiatives for efficiency enhancement.
- Prepare model-wise weekly production plans according to business requirements and market demand.
- Maintain timely and accurate SAP/System data updates as a key user of SAP/WMS.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Share plant capacity enhancement recommendations with the immediate manager based on capacity analysis.
- Revise weekly and monthly production plans in a timely manner based on material availability and plant capacity, while coordinating effectively with supporting departments.
- Ensure implementation of 6S and compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and management systems including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Engineering discipline
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
