Main Purpose Of The Job
- Assisting the senior production engineers in the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Supports the production team and helps execute the company's manufacturing strategy under the guidance of more experienced engineers.
- Collect and analyze production data to uncover bottlenecks, quality issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Assisting with the implementation of process changes and improvements.
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and production problems.
- Supporting maintenance activities and preventive maintenance programs.
- Participating in the development of standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Identifying and evaluating new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance production.
Job Requirement:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Related Field Experience: +2 years of experience in the same industry is preferable.
- Overall Experience: +4 years of experience in the Electrical Maintenance field
