Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Giza, focused on power generator manufacturing. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring that generator assemblies are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Supervise manufacturing processes related to power generators, enclosures, and sheet metal components.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Develop and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and production documentation.
  • Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to support production planning, manufacturing requirements, and process improvements.
  • Monitor resource utilization, material consumption, and production performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing and production environments.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
