Responsibilities
- Direct, train, and develop employees
- Assist supervisor and or Manager – Act as supervisor when supervisor is not present
- Communicate assignments effectively-written and verbal
- Set-up productions runs
- Make decisions in line with positions responsibilities as well as aligning with Production demand
- Ensure clear communication and effective hand-over from one shift to the next
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent level of education
- 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred
