COBELEC, the consortium formed by the Spanish companies Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios S.A. and Elecnor Servicios y Proyectos S.A.U is the awarded with the full deployment of the Rail Baltica Energy (ENE) subsystem contract. The contract is valued at EUR 1.77 billion. This is a chance to work on one of Europe’s most significant infrastructure projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction/Electrical Engineer or similar.
- Driving license.
- Estonian native speaking.
- English language, minimum B2 level. (Required, as the job duties involve daily communication with international colleagues and partners).
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Construction projects.
- Have good MS Office skills, AutoCad.
- Familiarity with the construction regulations/standards in Estonia.
- Availability to travel through the site works in Estonia territory.
Main Duties
- Preparation of documentation related to construction execution and maintenance.
- Preparation of work progress reports.
- Assistance to the Site Manager.
- Technical documentation and reporting.
- Prepare letters, inquiries and procedures as needed.
- Preparation of working drawings.
- Coordination of construction works, and control being the link between workers and staff.
- Managing subcontractors.
- Site visits with the client and technical supervision.
- Filling out and tracking the site logbook.
- Monitoring the execution of contracts and the progress of works, ensuring quality and compliance with the project specifications.
