Be the primary architect of the division’s commercial and operational success. This role is responsible for transforming cybersecurity intellectual property into scalable software products, SaaS platforms, and integrated consulting solutions. The leader will bridge the gap between complex technical security requirements and high-level business value, driving global revenue growth across industrial, automotive, and energy sectors.

• Global Strategic Client Management: Act as the executive face of the division for Tier-1 global clients. Orchestrate high-level relationship management strategies and lead complex negotiations for multi-year security solution agreements.

• Global Channel & Ecosystem Orchestration: Design and govern the global distribution strategy. Manage high-level partnerships with key agents, system integrators (SIs), and strategic distributors to ensure market penetration and brand dominance.

• Business Model Innovation: Integrate diverse industry resources to pioneer new revenue streams within the cybersecurity ecosystem, including Subscription-based models (SaaS), Security-as-a-Service, and Platform-as-a-Business initiatives. • Strategic Pricing & Value Engineering: Direct the development of global pricing frameworks that maximize "Win-Win" ecosystem outcomes, balancing market competitiveness with long-term profitability and customer lifetime value (CLV).

• P&L Ownership & Scale-up: Define, monitor, and achieve ambitious annual sales targets and P&L objectives. Lead the division through rapid scaling phases while maintaining operational excellence.

• Organizational Excellence & Talent Cultivation: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing multi-disciplinary team (Product, Sales, and Solution Architects) of 20+ professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and high accountability.

• Global Industry Tenure: Proven track record as a Business Head or Senior Director within the Global OT/IT/IoT or Cybersecurity sectors. Experience navigating the complexities of a multinational corporate environment is essential.

• Strategic Network: Established, high-level connections within target verticals, specifically Semiconductor (SEMI), Smart Manufacturing, Automotive (EV/TISAX), ICT Infrastructure and Critical Energy Infrastructure.

• Selling Mastery: Prior leadership experience within top-tier or global company. Proven ability to sell "solutions and outcomes" rather than just "features."

• Financial & M&A Acumen: Advanced understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and M&A strategies to evaluate potential technology acquisitions or strategic joint ventures.

• Uncompromising Integrity: Demonstrated commitment to the highest ethical standards and corporate governance, essential for leading a security-centric business unit.

• Proven Leadership Legacy: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Software/Cybersecurity sales and marketing, with a documented history of building and managing sizable teams (20+ headcount) across diverse geographies.
