Job Summary
The Product Planning Supervisor is responsible for supporting product strategy, market analysis, and product lifecycle planning to ensure competitiveness and alignment with customer needs and business objectives. This role coordinates cross-functional activities related to product planning, homologation, market intelligence, and product analysis to support successful product launches and portfolio development.
Key Responsibility
- Support development and execution of product planning strategies for new and existing models.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer trend analysis.
- Analyze product performance, pricing, features, and market positioning.
- Coordinate with homologation, sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure product readiness.
- Support product launch activities, business case preparation, and product lifecycle management.
- Monitor industry regulations, homologation requirements, and administrative processes, including faktur-related coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and market intelligence updates for management.
- Supervise and support daily activities of product planning operations and related projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product planning, market analysis, automotive business, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of automotive market trends and customer behavior.
- Experience in market analysis, product benchmarking, or product strategy is preferred.
- Basic understanding of homologation and automotive administrative processes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
