Role Description This full-time Product Planner Analyst (SAP) role is based in Budapest and follows a hybrid working model, combining on-site presence with some work from home flexibility. The role focuses on managing product and production planning activities using SAP, ensuring accurate demand forecasts, efficient supply allocation, and alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market data and customer demand, maintaining product lifecycle information, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with operations, sales, and finance to optimize product availability. The Product Planner Analyst prepares regular reports and dashboards, supports continuous improvement of planning processes, and contributes to data-driven decisions that improve service levels and cost efficiency. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve planning issues and support new product introductions.
Qualifications
- Product planning expertise, including Product Planning and Planning skills, to manage demand, supply, and product lifecycle activities.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including Analytical Skills and Market Research, to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
- Production Planning experience, with the ability to coordinate with manufacturing and operations teams for capacity and scheduling alignment.
- Proficiency in SAP (especially in planning and logistics modules) and solid skills in Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, economics, or a related field; relevant experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Budapest, with flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
