Responsibilities

Create data items required in business processes for UI/UX and solve simple change requests (CR).
Analyze root causes and provide solutions for issues and incidents.
Review incident resolutions and ensure solutions are comprehensive, feasible, and effective.
Manage incidents and service requests, including problem management, change management, release management, deployment, and service improvement activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into product requirements.
Maintain and prioritize product backlog based on business value and project objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role.
Experience in the automotive industry, particularly connected car solutions, is highly preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development environments.
Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Software Testing, or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Proven experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features based on business value.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear product requirements and functional specifications.
Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with business users, engineering teams, and QA teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and English proficiency (written and verbal).
Basic SQL knowledge and data querying skills.
