Job Title: Junior Product Manager
Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior Product Manager to support the Global Product Owner in driving the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Nimbus Color — a SaaS product in the digital tools space. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who enjoys translating customer needs into actionable product improvements in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product vision, roadmap planning, and prioritization by gathering customer insights (voice of customer, feedback, support tickets) and usage data.
- Partner closely with design and engineering teams to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver excellent end-to-end user experiences.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Facilitate lightweight discovery, stakeholder alignment, and definition of success metrics before development begins.
- Track product KPIs, run experiments, and lead retrospectives to improve adoption, usability, and performance.
- Help coordinate release validation, launch activities, training materials, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Create and maintain clear product documentation including briefs, decision logs, and release notes.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in an agile environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role (Product Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, or UX).
- Demonstrated experience contributing to the launch or improvement of SaaS or digital products.
- Strong user-focused mindset with the ability to turn customer feedback into clear requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing user stories and product briefs.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, and basic analytics platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort making trade-offs based on customer impact, business value, and effort.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with global stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with automotive refinish workflows, paint mixing, or color science.
- Experience working with complex or legacy systems.
Position Details
- Type: 1-year contract (potential for extension)
- Compensation: $45 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (onsite)
- Location: Philadelphia, PA (onsite role)
