Role Overview:
Within Product Intelligence and Benchmark team , you will be instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data and insights that drive our strategic and technical decisions.
About you
You have a passion for engines and automotive products and techniques, a talent for anticipating trends in the powertrain/automotive industry, and the ability to deliver compelling insights that influence key stakeholders. You are keen to be involved in latest ICE development, including future efuels and decarbonation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth research and analysis of powertrain market trends, especially technological and competitive aspects.
· Cooperate with internal benchmark teams
· Coordinate processes and projects in PI and Bench
· Develop and deliver powerful presentations and reports to management and executive leadership, highlighting findings and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field; Master degree preferred.
· More than 5 more years of experience in analysis, benchmark, project management and/or product development within the automotive industry. Alternatively 3 years of experience in technology consulting.
· Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
· Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, with a track record of translating complex data into clear, concise insights.
· Strong abilities in problem solving.
· Resourcefulness and independence in conducting research and completing tasks.
· Passionate about the automotive industry, with specific interest in engines and automotive products.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of the latest trends in automotive powertrain.
· Fluency in English and fluency in Spanish or French, to effectively communicate in our diverse work environment.
