Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Advisor based in Edmonton, AB. As a Product Advisor, you will guide customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences by providing detailed product knowledge and excellent customer service. You will engage with customers, answer questions about features, oversee test drives, and support them throughout the purchasing process. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals and provide exceptional service that aligns with the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional client experience
- Sales and Product Management skills for guiding customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
- Analytical Skills to understand customer needs and align them with appropriate vehicle options
- Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a passion for the automotive industry and willingness to learn
- Experience in a sales or customer-focused role is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in sales is an advantage
