ABOUT THE COMPANY – State of the art dealership housing iconic prestige products, located within the inner South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
About The Role
Reporting into the Service Manager, this position will be responsible for end to end Service Advising duties, including; greeting and serving service customers, creating book-ins, costing, invoicing, preparing quotes, selling work, updating database and paperwork etc. This position will integrate with the workshop through the Workshop Controller and Service Manager.
About The Job
- Scheduling service appointments and managing customer walk-ins
- Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately
- Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
- Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations
- Selling Labour within guidelines
- Being a customer champion
REQUIREMENTS
- Dealership experienced Service Advisors
- Professionals who are motivated and seeking to work with the best
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communicators who take ownership and control of the customer
