Position Summary
Nomadic Van Sun Valley LLC is seeking a President to serve as a collaborative, execution-focused leader who works closely with ownership and the team to strengthen operations, financial performance, and internal organization. This role is designed for a team-player who enjoys building structure, supporting people with clear systems, and helping a growing company run smoothly day to day.
The President will partner with ownership to turn goals into actionable plans, bring clarity to priorities, and create the financial and operational framework that allows the team to do its best work. Success in this role comes from consistency, follow-through, and trust—keeping the business organized, accountable, and moving forward together.
The ideal candidate will be a business-focused financial strategist capable of creating realistic, step-by-step financial plans, including quarterly and yearly goals, that support sustainable growth and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, P&L accountability, and capital allocation.
- Develop and maintain quarterly and annual financial plans, translating business objectives into measurable financial targets.
- Establish and enforce operational systems, workflows, and reporting processes that support consistency and scalability.
- Work closely with ownership to convert strategic goals into clear execution plans, timelines, and accountability structures.
- Oversee cost controls, vendor and supplier relationships, and operational efficiency across service, sales, and parts operations.
- Support sales, marketing, and e-commerce initiatives through disciplined planning, performance tracking, and financial analysis.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and all local and state business requirements.
- Provide regular, structured reporting to ownership on financial health, operational performance, and areas of risk or opportunity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance required; MBA or advanced financial training preferred.
- Strong background in financial management, operations, and P&L ownership.
- Minimum of 4+ years in senior operational or financial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and scale small- to mid-sized businesses through systems, controls, and process improvement.
- Experience in automotive, service-based, manufacturing, custom build, or consumer goods environments strongly preferred.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven leadership style.
- Hands-on, practical approach suited to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business.
Location
Sun Valley, Idaho. This role is primarily onsite or hybrid, with consistent on-site presence required. Travel as needed.
