About The Role
As a Prep Technician / Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before delivery. You’ll carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on both new and used vehicles, ensuring they meet manufacturer guidelines and are ready for handover.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Completing PDIs on new and used vehicles
- Working efficiently to meet agreed timeframes and productivity targets
- Delivering high-quality workmanship and first-time fixes
- Following manufacturer guidelines and compliance standards
- Contributing to an outstanding customer experience through quality and care
✅ What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Level 2/3 qualification in Automotive (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Prep Technician
- Your own tools
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
