About the Role

You will play a key role in facilitating the sale of Mercedes-Benz 'Certified Pre-Owned' and Executive Driven vehicles, while delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery, and throughout the customer's ownership journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales volume, gross profit, financepenetration and aftermarket targets.
  • Presenting and demonstrating Mercedes-Benz vehicles with confidence and professionalism.
  • Following up all inbound enquiries with urgency and attention to detail.
  • Management of CRM and customer database systems to identify and uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Management of the complete sales process, including trade-in vehicles, along with the introduction of finance, insurance and aftercare products.
  • Delivering a premium handover experience with vehicles presented to the highest standards.
  • Building strong long-term customer relationships through follow-up and aftersales engagement.
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, stock presentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and compliance documentation.
  • Adhering to Mercedes-Benz training requirements, sales processes, and brand standards.

About You

You are a polished, commercially astute automotive sales professional with a proven ability to perform in a high-volume retail environment.

Driven, competitive, and customer-focused, you thrive on achieving results while delivering a seamless premium experience to every client.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous automotive sales experience (luxury or premium brand experience highly regarded).
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • A competitive mindset with genuine hunger and desire to succeed.
  • High level of professionalism, energy, and personal presentation.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A current and valid drivers licence.
