About the Role
You will play a key role in facilitating the sale of Mercedes-Benz 'Certified Pre-Owned' and Executive Driven vehicles, while delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery, and throughout the customer's ownership journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales volume, gross profit, financepenetration and aftermarket targets.
- Presenting and demonstrating Mercedes-Benz vehicles with confidence and professionalism.
- Following up all inbound enquiries with urgency and attention to detail.
- Management of CRM and customer database systems to identify and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Management of the complete sales process, including trade-in vehicles, along with the introduction of finance, insurance and aftercare products.
- Delivering a premium handover experience with vehicles presented to the highest standards.
- Building strong long-term customer relationships through follow-up and aftersales engagement.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives, stock presentation, and competitor analysis.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and compliance documentation.
- Adhering to Mercedes-Benz training requirements, sales processes, and brand standards.
About You
You are a polished, commercially astute automotive sales professional with a proven ability to perform in a high-volume retail environment.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous automotive sales experience (luxury or premium brand experience highly regarded).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
