Our client is seeking a Plant Manager who can improve production flow, strengthen operational discipline, and build a culture where accountability and performance become the standard.

We're interested in speaking with leaders who have successfully:
• Improved plant throughput and production flow
• Eliminated bottlenecks and increased operational efficiency
• Built strong quality and accountability systems
• Developed supervisors and production teams
• Created cultures where people take ownership and perform at a high level
• Led change while maintaining employee engagement and trust
Ideal candidates will have experience leading manufacturing operations in environments such as building products, custom manufacturing, fabrication, industrial products, metals, engineered products, or related industries.
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 + Bonus
Location: Greater Philadelphia Area
