About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a globally recognized aerospace manufacturing organization undergoing significant expansion and operational transformation in Clark, Pampanga. As part of its long-term growth strategy, the site is scaling operations, expanding manufacturing capabilities, and strengthening its position as a key production hub supporting global aerospace customers.
We are seeking an experienced Factory Director / Manufacturing Operations Director to lead end-to-end plant operations and drive operational excellence across production, quality, supply chain, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on manufacturing leader with strong experience in aerospace, automotive, or complex high-mix manufacturing environments who can successfully lead large-scale operations, Lean transformation, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Manufacturing Leadership
- Lead overall plant operations covering production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and operational performance
- Ensure achievement of key business objectives across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
- Drive operational efficiency, capacity planning, and workforce scalability to support rapid business growth
- Oversee manufacturing expansion initiatives, process optimization, and production readiness
Lean Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Champion Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
- Build a culture focused on operational discipline, accountability, quality, and efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs
Quality, Compliance & Customer Excellence
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations
- Lead internal and external audit readiness, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strong collaboration with global stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and delivery performance
Financial & Commercial Management
- Own plant operational performance, including budgeting, productivity targets, and cost management initiatives
- Drive inventory optimization, resource planning, and overall manufacturing efficiency
- Support strategic decision-making through operational analysis and performance reporting
Leadership & People Management
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing management and operational teams
- Foster a strong safety culture and employee engagement environment
- Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives during plant expansion and operational growth
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related discipline)
✔ 15+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a senior plant leadership role
✔ Strong experience in aerospace, precision manufacturing, or high-mix/low-volume production environments
✔ Proven leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing operations and plant expansion initiatives
✔ Strong Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise
✔ Experience working within multinational and cross-cultural environments is highly preferred
✔ Strong stakeholder management, operational leadership, and people development capabilities
✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with global teams and executive leadership
