ShowCar Auto Spa is looking for a Performance Creative Editor (AI & Video) to join our growing team.
This isn't a traditional video editing role where you'll simply cut footage together.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content, enjoys experimenting with AI, and understands how to create videos that capture attention and drive results.
Someone who can confidently turn ideas into high-performing advertisements, create engaging short-form content, leverage the latest AI tools, and help us produce a constant stream of creative assets for our marketing campaigns.
You'll play a key role in growing the ShowCar brand by producing performance-driven content across our paid advertising and social media channels. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder, embrace the latest AI technology, and help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the industry.
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has 3+ years of experience editing short-form video content for social media or paid advertising
✔ Has experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software
✔ Understands what makes high-performing Meta and social media advertisements
✔ Is excited about using AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Higgsfield AI, Runway, Veo, HeyGen, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
✔ Has strong storytelling skills and a creative eye for engaging content
✔ Can manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality
✔ Is proactive, curious, and enjoys experimenting with new creative ideas
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where speed and innovation matter
Your responsibilities will include:
- Editing high-performing short-form videos for paid advertising and social media
- Creating multiple creative variations for testing across Meta and other platforms
- Producing AI-assisted content using tools such as ElevenLabs, Higgsfield AI, and other emerging technologies
- Creating engaging hooks, captions, voiceovers, and calls to action
- Repurposing existing content into fresh advertising creatives
- Collaborating closely with the founder and marketing team on new campaigns
- Organising creative assets and maintaining an efficient production workflow
- Continuously testing new AI tools, creative concepts, and editing techniques to improve content performance
The role:
📍 Remote (South Africa)
🕒 Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM SAST)
