SUMMARY:
Remuneration: R22 000.00 Negotiable + Incentive
Purpose Of The Job:
Our client a reputable dealership based in the East Rand is looking to appoint a qualified BMW Passenger Vehicle Technician with strong electrical diagnostic experience. Technicians from other brands may be considered depending on relevant experience.
POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:
- Perform work as described on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with company standards
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on passenger vehicles
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Always ensure a high standard of repair quality
- Adhere to manufacturer standards and workshop procedures
- Achieve set productivity and efficiency targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
- Keep up to date with technical developments on manufacturer products
- Ensure that all workshop processes and safety standards are followed
Requirements:
- Red Seal Trade Certificate (Motor Mechanic)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a BMW Technician in a motor dealership environment
- Strong electrical diagnostic experience essential
- Technicians with experience on other German brands may be considered
- Must be able to meet monthly productivity targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume dealership environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Automotive Industry experience essential
