Parts Sales Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- To assist customers promptly.
- To make the customers feel welcomed within the store.
- To answer all phone calls.
- To send estimates by email and/ or fax.
- To coordinate the schedule of installation and services with the technicians.
- Exceed all personal sales goals.
- Develop and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and co-workers.
- Operate the cash register, accept payment, make change, and provide receipts for customers.
- Exchange names with customers, determine their needs, and use various resources to educate customers and assist them in choosing the right selections.
- Collaborate with the team to support and achieve the goals of the company.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift or as scheduled.
- Follow management direction in completing other duties as required.
- Qualifications, Experience, Education, Certification, Licenses & Registrations, Skills, Physical Demands:
- Highly Self Motivated Individuals
- Previous retail selling experience, preferably at least six months
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision
- Must have ride / own transportation to the store
