This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where you’ll play a key leadership role overseeing multi-location parts operations while helping support advanced, highly specialized equipment and exceptional customer service.
🧩 The Role
As Parts Manager, you’ll oversee parts operations across multiple locations, ensuring inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, timely customer support, and strong operational execution.
You’ll lead and develop teams across two facilities while managing the sale, stocking, and distribution of spare parts and components. Working closely with Service, Procurement, Sales, Warranty, and Delivery teams, you’ll help maximize equipment uptime, improve operational performance, and ensure customers and dealers receive outstanding support.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight in a fast-paced, growing environment.
✅ What You’ll Bring
- 5–10 years of experience within parts, warehouse, distribution, or equipment service operations
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong customer service background with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar warehouse management tools
- Knowledge of shipping, logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, solutions-focused leadership style
