Main Responsibilities

  • Identifies inefficiencies, boosts productivity, and reduces waste through smarter process design.
  • Translate leadership goals into actionable, measurable operational plans.
  • Keeps operations steady amid disruptions from supply chain issues to market volatility.
  • Develop and maintain the organisation's Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely availability of data for decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of the MIS to identify areas for improvement, implement upgrades, and troubleshoot any issues to minimise business downtime.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data used for reporting and analysis.
  • Train and support end-users in utilising the MIS effectively, providing guidance on data entry, extraction, and interpretation.
  • Prepare and present reports and analyses derived from MIS data to support strategic decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing complex Management Information Systems.
  • Proficient in database management and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Ability to develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
  • Strong project management skills to lead and coordinate system upgrades and implementations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret complex data and provide insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
